We started this relationship in 2017 and are very excited to bring in coffees from Cajamarca. We can offer coffees scoring in the mid 80’s are medium bodied, nice acidity with flavors of stone fruit, almonds and honey. They come from a cooperative in the Cajamarca region of the northern highlands of Peru.
