Shipping Options

We offer the following types of arrangements for release:

  • Arranging shipping for you. We work with several freight carriers and can arrange freight from the warehouse to your door. For initial orders, freight will need to be prepaid. Please tell us if you have any special requirements for delivery, such as requiring a lift gate or short truck, inside delivery, appointment needed, or call prior to delivery. Anything unique to your deliveries or location needs to be noted on the freight instructions for everything to show up as desired. Please help us stay ahead of any mishaps.

  • We can release to your account at the warehouse and you arrange your own freight. It’s helpful for us to know if you are arranging a freight service, or bundling with a forwarder or consolidator or another order from the same warehouse. Also let us know if you want us to arrange for the order to be palletized, banded, and wrapped by the warehouse.

  • Will call orders. You pick it up yourself and it can be either hand loaded or palletized.


Receiving

We ship our coffees out of the warehouse with cardboard, banding, and wrapping to ensure the coffee arrives in good condition. Sometimes the bags can get damaged, become wet, ripped, or lost during transit. If this happens on a shipment please note it on the Delivery Receipt or Proof of Delivery and then have the driver sign off on the damage. A few photos are recommended and can mean the difference between a quick claim and a lingering issue. Please contact your sales rep immediately if your shipment is damaged and we will be happy to help resolve the problem and make sure you have coffee to roast!
