Nariño | Colombia
This coffee is drawn from the finest Colombian plantations in the department of Nariño, the country’s southernmost province. We select only those coffees from high altitude farms that grow the Borbon and Caturra varieties and then process those to our exacting standards. The extra-large Supremo-size beans are sorted out for this trademark and sold as our “Proprietor’s Reserve.” In the cup you’ll find complex flavors of raisin and rich chocolate, engaging acidity, a creamy and silky body, and a depth of character that only the finest Colombian coffees can boast.
