Our Jardin Excelso is the smaller-beaned sibling to our Alma de Café produced in Jardin, Colombia. It is therefore similarly delicately fruited in taste, with dominant flavors of chocolate and caramel. Slightly less intense than the Alma de Café, this Excelso is nonetheless clean and straightforward, and adaptable to many different roasting styles and levels of development.
