Tarrazú | Costa Rica
Our Costa Rican SHB Peaberry comes from many smallholder farms in the Tarrazu valley. The coffees is processed and the peaberry is removed from the preparation to make a 100% peaberry. This coffee is a little more intense in acidity, body and flavor than the flat bean.
