We have been working with Fincas Mierisch since 2015. They run some fantastic coffee farms in Nicaragua, and are careful and meticulous millers. Spicing up their farms with unique and exciting varieties, and perfecting both their experimental and traditional milling techniques have allowed Fincas Mierisch to produce a wide spectrum of incredible coffees.
