For months now we’ve been working with local communities in both Tarrazu and Sabalito to encourage and assist with making Covid Vaccinations accessible to our neighbors. So far the red tape in Tarrazu remains difficult, but we have made headway in Sabalito at Hacienda Rio Negro.
Working with the Health Ministry we volunteered our community/day care center to be used as a community vaccination site. We advertised the date and time to locals and had impressive turnout. It was a great success!
